Potato Bake with Bacon

INGREDIENTS

12 Middle side potatoes

500ml bottled cream

1C milk

3T Chicken stock

Bacon

Optional: Cheese

METHOD

Preheat oven to 190°C/374°F

Peel potatoes and slice them in 1cm thick.

Soak in water.

Mix cream and milk together in a bowel. add chicken stock into your bowel.

Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

Mix together.

Cover your tray with one layer of potatoes, if using bacon layer your bacon on your potatoes repeat until your tray is full.

Add your cream mixture to pour over your potatoes.

Add extra chicken stock on top.

Cook for 45 mins


Optional: Add cheese if you want then cook for another 15 more mins or until cheese is melted
