Anzac Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

100g butter

1 Tablespooon golden syrup

½ Cup of sugar

¾ Cup of coconut

¾ Cup of rolled oats

¾ Cup of plain flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of hot water

METHOD

Preheat oven to 280°C/536 °F

Melt butter and syrup together in a large saucepan and cool.

Mix sugar, coconut, rolled oats and flour together. Stir into saucepan.

Dissolve soda in water and mix in.

Place rounded teaspoonfuls on a greased oven tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
